The object is to support the communities on the fact that they are constantly being given more tasks. Many Romanian communities are not prepared for this. Support and training from Belgium can help them on this, plus the fact that the Belgian partner community itself can likewise become involved.

It is also intended that of bringing together in Romania all communities, which have a Belgian partner. All have small or large projects in progress, but they are not aware of this about each other. Consequently, good ideas and models are not passed on within the borders of Romania.

The higher authorities likewise have little interest in these projects. Through this forum this can well come to happen and become policy.
